Nestucca River Salmon fishing is known as some of the best on the North Coast. The Nestucca River, after a rain, can take a while to clear, but as a result, also holds its water very well. The Nestucca will fish very well, long after many other rivers have gone back to low and clear. Nestucca River Fall Chinook are known for their size, and bite very well.

Clients who have fished with me over the years love this river. My clients always have a rod in their hand. If you haven’t ever back bounced, you’ll learn get to learn how on this river. Nestucca River Fall Chinook are big egg eaters and back bouncing is my preferred method.

For those of you looking to visit from out of town, I have numerous lodging opportunities available and can help arrange a trip that’s full of fishing variety.
