We have a number of rivers that we fish in the Columbia Gorge around Hood River. The Deschutes, Klickitat and White Salmon all host runs of Salmon. These rivers also pour cold water into the Columbia River attracting fish destined for other rivers as well. Fishing is best in the Columbia River Gorge in the Spring briefly from the end of April through the first week of May. The Fall run is good from the end of August through October.
